Gembala GTR650

 

Based on the Porsche 997 Carrera, the Gembala GTR650 Avalanche made quite a buzz when it was launched, back in 2006. With 650 hp the car was capable to hit 200 km/h in just 11.2 seconds while the top speed was limited to 335 km/h. The vehicle’s engine delivered an impressive 820 Nm of torque at 4800 rpm. We say impressive due to the fact that a standard Porsche 997 Carrera delivered half of the torque, „only” 400 Nm at 4800 rpm.Gemballa unveiled an Evo version of the GTR650 which involves a new aero package, featuring a GT Evo front bonnet, an Avalanche front skirt, GT2 Evo Carbon front lip, GTR Evo rear skirt and a GTR Evo Carbon rear spoiler.
